Now that I am most of the way, I’ll tell the story of why I ultimately decided to keep it going. I have seen this commercial a couple of times… I think it is just a Google commercial showcasing their products, but it starts with a Dad writing an email. It is titled “You are here!” or something like that, and it is pictures of her in the hospital. They them follow it up with “You are a big sister” and all of these other fun memories, with emails from him to her. It ends with the line “I can’t wait to show this to you. Some day. Love, Dad.” And, cue the teary eyes (at least if you are me watching that.) Anyway, I think this has slowly morphed in purpose to a place where we are solely sharing pictures(because now with the joining of Facebook by several people and the re-emergence of others, we all know there is no shortage of available pictures. Thank you Casey for that.) What I am seeing it become is this one source where there are going to be all these pictures and funny stories, all centralizing around Charlee. Someday, it really is going to be a fun thing to look through for her, and the dates and all that is built into the stories in the blog.
And, because I know that it you wanted to read a book, you’d buy a Kindle instead of checking out the blog, so on to the pictures.
As Charlee grows up, the park near our house gets more and more fun. She can now climb up and slide down on her own, although I am too nervous to actually let her do the whole thing herself!
Here is a couple pictures my Dad took:
CHarlee has also learned how to get through a poorly placed child lock. Her naughtiness choice of this day: cheese-whiz. Possible follow-up question, why do we have cheese whiz?
Bottles, cans, and glasses, whether full or empty, if left unattended and under the height of 3’ are subject to this.
Charlee loves to laugh and play.
And when feeling mischievous, her eyes twinkle just like this.
Uncle B and Kaitlin won Charlee a new Tiger, named Taco if for no other reason than the way her Rs get pronounced. She loves it and it is her favorite to snuggle with on car rides.
Happy face!
Charlee’s favorite sparkle shoes. They sure are getting worn (and stinky)
Cinco de Mayo. We had a great time at “the Mexican place next to City Pub” as I call it, because, well, I can never remember the name.
Before Marlene’s wedding, we got to spend some time with the Mike, Robyn, and Natalie. Natalie is growing up so quick!
Her and Charlee were playing around at Robyn’s place in Napa.
What a pretty smile!!
It is going to be fun to watch our girls grow up together!

That gets me caught up with the pictures that are on the cameras for now. From here, I am going to try and do it a little more regularly to try not to make a whole day of it next time.
Thank you very much for reading, and continue on to the other 5 posts that went in today when you have a chance.
Love you all!
Cheers,
LC&C
