Coming up on Charlee's 6 week birthday tomorrow, so we figured that we would put some more pictures online. The last couple weeks she has had her 1 month appointment to the pediatrician. She has moved up in all of her percentiles and is growing well. Always nice to hear that from them! Her sleep at night is, for the most part, getting longer. She even had one stretch of 7 hours. Then again some nights she goes back to the 3 hour cycle. I am back to working 3 days a week, so we alternate nights where we will get Charlee to sleep. If it is a work night, Casey is on it, and if not, it's me. Although we haven't tried a midnight bottle, so even when I am up at night, Casey is as well for the feeding part of it. Soon enough we will try to figure a good solution out for when I return to 5 day weeks. As she is reaching the 6 week period, she is getting more generous with her smiles, and we crave them. We are always trying to get her to smile as well as catch it on camera. Her legs are getting stronger on assisted standing and she is holding her head up on her on for longer and longer.

OK, on to the pictures:

Napping.

Joely was a natural holding Charlee.

The Langford gang came over for a visit and a beer before they went out to dinner. Here is Casey, Theresa, Jessica, Gracyn, Joely, and Charlee posing together.

Kisses for Charlee

Another day, another outfit.

Mike and Robyn came over to visit Charlee and hang for a while.

Charlee was happy being held by both Mike and Robyn. Uncle Mike was a natural! She was awake for a lot of their visit.

Also, while Mike was there he helped me install the new TV in the backyard. It goes well with the fireplace and the kegerator. Gotta love it!

One of Charlee's many faces.

Here is the funny story for this blog. Sometimes before bath time we like to do a picture like this, mostly because it is one of the only times that she is not in a diaper. While Casey is getting ready to take this picture she decides to do the hugest poo-pee combo. We are talking like my entire torso, legs, the ground below me, walls. Nothing was spared. Anyway, this picture the beginning, and you can see me trying to block the explosion.

Drying off after bath time.

Charlee and her Mom.

Casey and her Mom found this hat while we her out at the San Carlos Art and Wine Festival. It was a little big but cute nonetheless.

Beth and Dave with Charlee.

A good shot of Dave and Charlee. Dave took a lot of good ones too.

Grammie and Poppa Rozzi visited during the day, so we went on a walk to the park.

We tucked away in the shade and had a seat on the grass, although we forgot our blanket.

I like this shot that my Dad took...

Group shot.

Poppa Rozzi with the camera turned. Hanging with Charlee.

Sometimes she falls asleep in the funniest positions. Then I end up making they look even more odd because I reach for a camera and take the pictures at odd angles.

Gramma and Charlee

Uncle Brady, Kaitlin, and Charlee hanging out.

Her holding her head up like a big girl. We call this position the princess seat and it is actually really good for cheering her up. I think it gives her something to concentrate on.

I like to play this little joke when Charlee is really hungry. "It's not a nipple it's a nose."

Cousin Josie made this for Charlee which we just hung up in the nursery.

Another sign, a present from Gramma.

A funny moment caught by Casey, with Gramma, Charlee, Suite Pee, Scooter, and Kinsey.

Casey catching the tail end of a Charlee smile. She loves her changing table.

Casey, Charlee, and I going to Monte Carlo night with Ray and Theresa. She was so good and slept through most of it, through the band and all.

She got a bottle at the end when she started getting hungry.

A close up of her outfit.

Some select shots from one of the many photo shoots that we go through trying to catch her smiling.

Thanks for checking in on Charlee. Until next time, CL&C.
